Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning &

- Analysis

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models

- Track performance against plans and analyse variances

- Drive detailed unit economics analysis including cost per order, rider costs, and

vendor costing

- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Financial Operations

- Manage cash flow and working capital

- Oversee vendor payments, receivables and reconciliations

- Ensure robust COD and cash reconciliation processes

- Validate vendor payouts and ensure accuracy and governance

Reporting &

- MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS and business performance reports

- Track financial and operational KPIs including cost efficiency and margins

- Monitor receivables and collections, ensuring timely tracking and follow-ups

Compliance &

- Controls

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Strengthen internal controls across financial processes

- Drive audit readiness and manage audits and financial documentation

- Build governance frameworks for financial operations

Systems &

- Process Ownership

- Own and improve financial systems and processes

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

- Work closely with tech and operations teams to streamline workflows

Business Partnering





- • Work closely with operations and leadership teams

- • Identify cost optimization opportunities

- • Support strategic initiatives and expansion plans

- Candidate Profile

- • 5–7 years of experience in finance / accounting roles

- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred

- • Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis

- • Ability to manage end-to-end finance operations

- • High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Pay: ₹19,813.39 - ₹60,534.16 per month
