- Experience: More than 5 years in a manufacturing company. Preference will be given to candidates from Plastic / Tarpaulin Industries with hands-on RCM (Risk Control Matrix) experience , a strong manufacturing background ,

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the overall accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination across departments to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities





- Hands-on experience in Risk Control Matrix (RCM) implementation and monitoring.
- Reconciliation with various statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI , and other statutory requirements.
- Coordination with various departments for smooth accounting and reporting processes.
- Preparation of Management Reports as and when required for business review and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records, timely closure of accounts, and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements .
- Utilization of SAP B One to streamline accounting processes (added advantage) .
