Hiring: Manager – SAP Finance

Department: Enterprise IT – SAP

Experience: 8–12 years total (Minimum 6–8 years in SAP Finance & Accounting)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager - SAP Finance to oversee, govern, and continuously enhance our financial system architecture. In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP and non-SAP finance processes across multiple entities and diversified lines of business. You will act as the core functional authority for SAP Finance design, driving digital transformation, process optimization, and strict audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Process Ownership: Govern end-to-end SAP Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, and financial reporting.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior finance leadership and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and monitor ITGC frameworks, internal controls, and ensure 100% audit readiness for internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless data flow and stable integration between SAP and surrounding systems (e.g., banking interfaces, billing platforms, Tally, SAP B1).
- Project Management: Lead SAP Finance projects, including upgrades, rollouts, custom enhancements,



and new implementations on time and within budget.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Mentor an internal functional team of 6–12 resources while effectively managing external implementation partners and AMS vendors.

What We Are Looking For

- Core Technical Expertise: Robust, hands-on exposure to SAP FI modules and a deep understanding of its integration points with CO, MM, and SD.
- Industry Background: Proven experience working within multi-entity, diversified corporate environments (highly prefer candidates from Infrastructure or Services sectors).
- Transformation Experience: Direct exposure to SAP project implementations, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives (S/4HANA readiness concepts preferred).
- Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and IT governance frameworks.
- Education: Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). An MBA or additional SAP/IT certifications will be highly preferred.
