- Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, funding strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and financial explanations.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop financial plans and monitor business performance.




- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems, processes, and controls.
- Monitor funding requirements and support effective financial planning and liquidity management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and quality of financial reporting.

Requirements

- 3–10 years of overall experience in finance/accounting functions.
- Minimum 5 years of pre-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Robust experience in financial closing, finalization, and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and liquidity management.
- Experience in treasury operations, funding, compliance, and audit support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
