Role & responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow

- Oversee patient billing, package accounting, advances, refunds and collections

- Manage B2B invoicing, credit terms, ageing follow-up and partner revenue-share settlements

- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis by service line

- Support pricing and package design through cost-per-session and margin analysis

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and income tax compliance

- Manage payroll inputs and consultant/therapist payouts and incentives

- Build internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and billing errors

- Coordinate with auditors and external CA/tax consultants

- Lead and train the accounts and billing team

Preferred candidate profile

- CA-Inter,



M.Com in Finance, or MBA in Finance

- Proficiency in accounting principles and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including audit support and internal controls implementation and so on.

- Hands-on experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.

- Experience working in healthcare, rehabilitation, or other service-oriented organizations have preference.

- Ability to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram and other locations as per business requirement and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
