Barbarik Urban Greens is a fast-growing real estate development company building across residential, industrial, and hospitality segments.

We’re looking for a Manager — Finance & Compliance who can build and own our financial operations from the ground up.

What you’ll own

- Investor fund tracking and financial controls
- Project-wise MIS and reporting
- GST, TDS, RERA and statutory compliance
- Tally and day-to-day finance operations
- Project-level financial tracking and coordination
- Working directly with the founders on financial decision-making

Who we’re looking for

- 10–15 years of experience in real estate or construction finance
- Solid hands-on understanding of GST, TDS, RERA and Tally




- Experience managing project finances and compliance end-to-end
- Someone who is detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking ownership

This is not a back-office role. You’ll have direct ownership of the numbers, systems, reporting, and compliance that keep our projects moving — with significant exposure to the founders and the business.
