We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage the finance function, including financial planning, taxation, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and cost management. The role will work closely with leadership to support business growth and ensure financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle taxation and compliance across India, UK, and other jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and statutory requirements.
- Manage expense control, vendor payments, receivables, and credit controls.
- Develop financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Work with HR and Operations on payroll and compliance.
- Support company secretarial,



governance, and audit activities.
- Provide financial insights to leadership for business decisions.
- Drive technology adoption within the finance function.

Required Skills
- CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance.
- Robust knowledge of International Taxation, IFRS/GAAP, Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
- Experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Reporting.
- Ability to build and scale a finance function.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on leadership approach
