About the Finance Management Trainee (FMT) Program The Finance Management Trainee (FMT) Program is designed to build future finance leaders by providing comprehensive exposure across key areas of Finance & Accounts within a manufacturing environment. The program offers hands-on experience in taxation, costing, management reporting, audits, statutory compliance, governance, and finance systems, enabling participants to develop strong business and financial acumen.

Position Overview The Finance Management Trainee (FMT) will be groomed within the Finance & Accounts function with a focus on taxation compliance, costing, MIS, audits, statutory reporting, SOP compliance, and system management.

The role is designed for Chartered Accountants who aspire to build expertise in manufacturing finance, taxation, audit management, cost control, governance, and financial systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

- Robust understanding of Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

- Fresh Chartered Accountants who qualified in 2026 are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 24 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization will be preferred.
