Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end scheme transaction processing, budget tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance across business channels. The role will coordinate closely with Finance, KAM, HORECA, Commercial, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate and process scheme claims/invoices and record transactions in SAP with accurate GL and cost center coding.

- Track scheme budgets, utilization, and spends; prepare weekly/monthly reports and forecasts.

- Reconcile scheme transactions with billing and customer ledgers and support month-end closure.

- Identify discrepancies, duplicates, aging, and exceptions and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with scheme policies, approval limits, governance, and audit requirements.





- Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all scheme transactions.

- Identify process gaps and support SAP automation, workflow improvements, and SOP development.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide training on updated processes.

Key Skills & Experience

- 25 years of experience in Finance Operations, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Scheme Management, or similar roles.

- Valuable knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, reconciliation, budgeting, and financial controls.

- Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related educational background preferred.
