We are looking for a highly accountable and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 4–5 years of experience to strengthen our finance operations and help build scalable financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have the ability to streamline financial reporting and controls. Experience with AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and standardize finance processes and internal controls.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
- Analyze financial data and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive finance tasks using Excel and AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory , including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Advanced formulas, Data validation, Charts & dashboards
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build effective finance systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Exposure to automation tools or AI applications
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or advanced Excel automation will be an added advantage.
