- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities .
- Maintain and update financial records in Tally .
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and bills .
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance .
- Assist with expense tracking and financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Support the finance team with regular reports and other accounting requirements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance Accounts or a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.
- Experience in invoicing, billing, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations .
- Good understanding of basic finance and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel .
- Ability to manage multiple finance-related tasks and meet deadlines.
- B. Com / M. Com / relevant finance qualification preferred.
