Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial operations within the interior and civil construction sector. The role involves handling project-based accounting, tracking budgets and costs, processing vendor and subcontractor payments, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as GST and TDS. The candidate will work closely with project managers and site teams to monitor expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial planning and reporting.
Strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and proficiency in accounting tools are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and record day-to-day financial transactions
- Track project-wise budgets, costs, and profitability
- Handle vendor payments, subcontractor bills, and purchase invoices
- Verify and process BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and work orders
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using Tally
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for expense tracking and purchase
- Prepare monthly financial reports and project cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in audits and tax filings
- Monitor inventory and material cost records
Qualifications · Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounting, finance, or a related role.
· Technical Skills: Solid understanding of project accounting and cost control
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and billing processes
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneousl.
