We’ve made merch for Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal. We do product supply and design for Skechers, Puma, District and SuperKicks. Design, production, e-commerce, delivery. We run the whole chain.

The role in one line

- Own SuperClan’s finance operations by keeping transactions, reporting and cash flow accurate, current and decision-ready.

What you’ll actually do
- Raise purchase orders, proforma invoices, tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways and accounting records.
- Track receivables, payables and overdue payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Update MIS reports in Google Sheets and Zoho Books.
- Coordinate production costs with Operations and Product teams.

What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Understand purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Solid Google Sheets or Excel skills.
- Comfortable working in a B2B and D2C business.
- Commerce, Finance or Accounting degree.

- End-to-end finance operations ownership.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA, based on Experience & fit
