Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities and support the Finance & Accounts team.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Construction industry, with good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, ERP/SAP, accounting processes, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
- Process and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment-related documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and project sites regarding finance-related matters.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure accuracy of financial entries.
- Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
- Support the senior finance team in audits and financial reporting.
- Enter and maintain financial data accurately in ERP/SAP/Tally systems.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, receivables, and required documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned finance and accounting tasks.
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile – Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounts.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable coordinating with project sites, vendors, contractors, and senior team members.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
