PayRupy is looking for a Finance Executive Intern who is eager to build a career in Accounting & Finance. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, taxation, compliance and financial management, with an opportunity to transition into a full time Finance Executive role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Work on Tally / accounting software, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.
- Assist with GST calculations, documentation and filings.
- Support accounts payable, receivable and payment reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense records and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in compliance-related and statutory finance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- 3–6 months internship experience in Accounting/Finance preferred; freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
