- · Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) sheets across the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

- · Prepare and assist in the preparation of project reports, including financial data compilation, analysis, and documentation.

- · Coordinate the collection and submission of documents required for
- the renewal, enhancement, and sanction of banking facilities.

- · Analyze balance sheets and prepare key financials, including financial ratios, trend analysis, and performance summaries to support management decision-making and lender requirements.

- · Liaise with bankers for banking-related activities, including the
- successful opening and coordination of escrow accounts, current accounts, and other banking requirements.

- · Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor bills and other financial obligations while maintaining proper documentation and payment schedules.

- · Support the Project Finance team in the preparation of loan proposals, credit appraisal notes, and financing-related documentation for banks and financial institutions.





- · Assist in compiling financial information, CMA data and other documents required for project finance proposals.

- · Learning of project finance proposals, banking approvals, documentation, and disbursements.

- · Assist in preparing key financial ratios under the guidance of senior team members.

- · Maintain proper records of sanction letters, security documents, loan agreements, compliance requirements, and other project finance documentation.

- · Support the monitoring of post-sanction compliances with guidance of senior team members.

- · Perform other finance, banking, and project finance-related assignments as delegated by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
