Qualifications

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher), CA Finalist or CA Dropout
- Experience: Previous experience in finance or a related field is preferred.

- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Financial Modeling: Robust ability to create and interpret financial models.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to design visually appealing and impactful presentations.
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances,



and key performance indicators. Prepare detailed reports that provide insights into financial performance.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows. Assist in scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.
- Presentation Development: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate large datasets, performing data validation, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Financial Storytelling: Ability to tell stories from the numbers and use financial data to provide unique insights.
