About the Role

Dot Media is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle GST calculations, return filings, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Process TDS deductions, filings, reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage vendor payments, verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Process employee payroll, reimbursements, and salary-related transactions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet support schedules, and cash flow reports.Payable and reciveable
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.




- Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders during audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Payroll, Vendor Payments, MIS Reporting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in preparing monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software, along with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Advertising Agecny and Media Agency will be preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and e-commerce finance is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
