Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day banking and treasury operations, including domestic and international transactions.

- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Bill Discounting facilities.

- Process domestic and foreign payments while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

- Coordinate with banks, RBI, and credit rating agencies for various finance and compliance-related activities.

- Raise funds for Working Capital Finance (WCF) and project financing requirements.

- Manage loan documentation, disbursement processes, and lender relationships.

- Handle foreign exchange transactions, hedging activities, and export/import finance operations.

- Monitor daily fund positions, cash flows, borrowings, and investments.

- Verify interest charges, bank commissions, and other banking-related costs.

- Prepare and submit Stock Statements, FFR, BRS, and other banking compliances.

- Manage export-import documentation and closure of shipping bills and bills of entry.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Financial MIS reports.

- Prepare and finalize CMA data/reports for banking and credit facilities.

- Conduct trial balance reviews, ledger scrutiny, and finance-related accounting activities.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual book-closing activities.





- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely compliance with audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA Inter or MBA (Finance) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

- Candidates pursuing CA Final will not be considered.

- Experience in treasury, banking, and finance functions within a manufacturing organization is mandatory.

- Solid knowledge of LC, BG, Bill Discounting, Working Capital Finance, and Project Finance.

- Hands-on experience in forex transactions, hedging, export-import finance, and treasury operations.

- Exposure to fund planning, cash flow management, and banking compliances.

- Knowledge of CMA preparation, Financial MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

- Working knowledge of accounting, financial statements, trial balance review, and ledger scrutiny.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with banks, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
