About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller / CFO who will take complete ownership of the company’s Accounts, Finance and Commercial functions. The role will be responsible for financial control, business finance, cash flow, reporting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to the management.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for Accounts & Finance operations of the company.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections and vendor payments.
- Oversee sales and purchase accounting, revenue recognition, expenses and cost controls.
- Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, collections and credit control.
- Manage banking operations, cash flow, fund management and treasury activities.
- Handle and oversee foreign payments, international transactions and related banking documentation.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial plans and business forecasts.
- Conduct regular budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review MIS, management reports, profitability reports, cash-flow reports and financial dashboards.
- Develop financial controls, processes and SOPs to ensure accuracy and minimize financial risk.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, tax professionals and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, statutory and regulatory requirements.




- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.
- Monitor branch/department-wise revenue, expenses, profitability and financial performance.
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team and ensure effective delegation and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, working-capital improvement and process automation.
- Any other financial or commercial responsibility assigned by the Management.

Candidate Profile

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with strong experience in a senior Finance/Accounts leadership role.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of accounting, financial controls, taxation, banking, cash flow and MIS.
- Experience in managing AP, AR, billing, collections, budgeting and forecasting.
- Exposure to foreign payments / international transactions will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Should be capable of independently managing the complete Finance & Accounts function and working closely with senior management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
