We are looking for a Finance & Business Analyst to join our Accounts & Finance team and work closely with the Head Accounts & Finance.

This is a business-facing finance role for someone who wants exposure beyond routine accounting and wants to work across MIS, FP&A;, P&L; analysis, business performance, fundraising, investment support and financial due diligence.

What You Will Do

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare periodic MIS and management reports.
- Build dashboards covering key financial and business metrics.
- Analyse actual performance against budgets, forecasts and previous periods.
- Identify trends, variances and areas requiring management attention.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

P&L; & Financial Analysis

- Support preparation and analysis of monthly/periodic P&L.;
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and expense drivers.
- Prepare variance analysis and management insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Provide financial inputs to business teams for decision-making.

Fundraising & Investment Support

- Support ongoing fundraising and investment initiatives.
- Prepare financial schedules, analysis and supporting information for investors and stakeholders.
- Assist with management presentations and financial analysis.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely availability of required information.

Due Diligence & Financial Data Room

- Support internal and external financial due diligence.
- Organise financial records, reconciliations, schedules and supporting documents.
- Create and maintain a structured financial data room.




- Ensure information is complete, accurate, updated and properly categorised.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and coordinate their resolution.

Cross-functional Finance Support

- Work with Sales, Operations, HR, Business and other internal teams to collect and validate financial information.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of finance requirements.
- Act as a finance point of contact for cross-functional requirements.

Finance Process Improvement

- Support improvement of finance processes, reporting systems and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

Strategic Finance Projects

- Work directly with the Head Accounts & Finance on strategic projects.
- Support analysis related to business performance, profitability, cost optimisation, fundraising, investments and financial planning.

What We Are Looking For :

- 25 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, MIS, financial analysis, corporate finance or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and financial statements.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, data analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong MIS and management reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert them into meaningful business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate with multiple teams and drive closure.
- Exposure to fundraising, investment transactions, due diligence, audits or financial data-room preparation will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
