Role Description

We are hiring Business Analysts – Finance ( Freshers) to join our ERP consulting practice.

This role is open to fresh graduates with a background in finance/accounting/bookkeeping.

Candidates will work on finance process analysis, ERP implementation support, and financial system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in requirement gathering and documenting finance-related business processes.
- Learn and support ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury, Budgeting, etc.).
- Prepare functional documents, process flows, and Excel-based reports.
- Support data validation, migration activities, and reconciliation tasks.
- Participate in ERP testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and issue resolution.
- Assist consultants in client workshops, training sessions,



and financial reporting.
- Develop strong understanding of ERP–Finance integration with Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B. Com + M. Com / MBA ( Finance) / PGDM ( Finance) / CA / ICWA
- Good knowledge of accounting principles: Journal Entries, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, P & L and Balance Sheet.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Eagerness to learn ERP systems and consulting methodology.
- Valuable communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
