Role Description The Finance Associate role at Rego is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Finance

Associate will support day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves supporting financial reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and helping compile data for management dashboards.

Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to reconcile accounts, respond to finance-related queries, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position also includes assisting in budget preparation, variance analysis, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance with hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including period-end closing activities and management reports.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support business decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present financial information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation basics, and regulatory compliance relevant to corporate mobility or services sectors is a plus.
