Role Description The Finance Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Jabalpur. The role involves assisting in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports for clients across sectors such as startups, MSMEs, and growing enterprises. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting financial modeling, monitoring cash flows, tracking government subsidies and incentives, and contributing to project finance documentation.

The Finance





Associate will help compile data for financial reporting, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information. The role also requires maintaining organized records, supporting due diligence activities, and contributing to clear communication of financial insights to clients and senior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to interpret and analyze key metrics.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate projects, funding options, and financial performance.
- Experience with Financial Reporting, including preparation of reports, summaries, and compliance-related documentation.
- Effective Communication skills to present financial insights clearly and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools; familiarity with financial modeling is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in project finance, government incentives, and advisory services; prior internship or work experience in finance is beneficial.
