Role Description The Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost tracking to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.

The Finance

Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, support audits, and help maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also includes contributing to financial planning, generating management reports,



and clearly communicating financial information to stakeholders in an organized and accessible manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge and the ability to interpret Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Reporting, including preparing periodic reports and management summaries.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting financial insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and audit processes is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is recommended.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Nice to have:

- 1-2 years of work experience in finance domain
- Familiar with tools like Zoho expense or any finance tools
