About PlantsShip

PlantsShip is a growing landscaping and horticulture company specializing in landscape development, hardscaping, irrigation, plant supply, nursery operations, tree transplantation and garden maintenance.

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of our finance and accounts function and strengthen our financial systems, reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, AP, AR and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Track project-wise revenue, expenses and profitability.
- Monitor client billing, collections, advances and retention.
- Manage vendor reconciliation and payment planning.
- Monitor receivables, payables and working capital.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
- Prepare project-wise profitability and management reports.
- Prepare budget vs. actual reports.
- Manage Zoho Books / accounting ERP and Excel-based reporting.
- Improve finance processes, internal controls and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement and Operations teams.




- Provide timely financial information to management for decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS.
- Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Experience with Zoho Books or other accounting/ERP software.
- Good understanding of receivables, payables and cash-flow management.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, landscaping, real estate or other project-based businesses is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
