We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience to lead our Finance, Accounts, and Treasury functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors, demonstrating deep expertise in managing large project finances, long-term fundraising, statutory compliance, and robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities Treasury & Corporate Finance

- Fundraising & Capital Structuring: Lead fund procurement strategies through project finance, term loans, working capital limits, and non-fund-based limits (Bank Guarantees/Letters of Credit).
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize daily, monthly, and long-term cash flows across various infrastructure projects to ensure liquidity.
- Liaison with Financial Institutions: Maintain robust relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, and stakeholders to secure competitive borrowing rates.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and statutory guidelines.
- Audit Management:



Act as the primary interface for statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely and smooth audit closures.
- Project Accounting: Implement strict project-level accounting controls, monitoring actual spend against budgeted capital expenditures (CAPEX).

Taxation, Legal & Statutory Compliance

- Direct & Indirect Tax: Ensure absolute compliance with corporate tax, GST, TDS, and other local levies applicable to infrastructure projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage compliance regarding MCA filings, secretarial standards, and contractual financial obligations.

Strategic Planning & Joint Ventures

- Financial Modelling: Evaluate the financial viability of new infrastructure bids, tenders, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), or Joint Ventures (JV).
- MIS & Budgeting: Deliver monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to the executive leadership team, identifying variances and cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Sector Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience within an Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction enterprise is highly preferred.
- Technical Competence: Exceptional grip on project financing, working capital management, Ind AS, and financial modeling.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to manage a mid-to-large sized finance team and negotiate effectively with external consortium partners and lenders.
