3 to 5 years of experience in Finacle (Core Banking) with a focus on testing on Lending module (Loan/OD)

- Hands-on knowledge of Finacle Loan Management System (LMS)functional/API testing

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finacle modules related to lending, loan servicing, and origination.
- Configure and support Finacle Loan Management System (LMS) parameters — product setup, interest/charges computation, repayment schedules, penal interest, moratorium handling, and NPA classification.
- Work closely with LOS teams to ensure smooth straight-through processing (STP) from origination to disbursement within Finacle.
- Define and validate API integration requirements between Finacle, LOS, credit bureaus, payment gateways, and other third-party systems (request/response mapping, error handling, reconciliation).
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, patches, and upgrades; validate that configurations meet regulatory (RBI) and audit requirements.
- Support production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and change management for LOS and LMS




- Liaise with business stakeholders (Credit, Operations, Compliance) to translate policy and product requirements into system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Finacle (Core Banking) with a focus on functional/business analyst roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Finacle Loan Management System (LMS) — product configuration, interest/charge setup, repayment/EMI handling, classification (NPA/SMA), and closure processes.
- Working knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS) — application processing, credit appraisal, sanction, and disbursement workflows, and integration touchpoints with LMS.
- Understanding of API-based integrations — request/response structures, middleware/ESB concepts, error handling, and reconciliation between core banking and external/internal systems.
- Familiarity with workflow configuration — maker-checker controls, approval matrices, escalation rules, and exception handling within Finacle.
- Ability to write FSDs, BRDs, test cases, and support SIT/UAT phases independently.
- Hands on experience on database query handling.
