Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor milk pouch filling and packing machines during the assigned shift.

- Set and adjust machine parameters according to the required pouch size, product type, and production plan.

- Ensure accurate filling quantity, proper sealing, cutting, coding, and packaging of milk pouches.

- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities such as leakage, improper sealing, under/over filling, or pouch damage.

- Conduct regular checks of pouch weight, seal quality, coding, and overall packing quality.

- Maintain proper machine speed and ensure production targets are achieved with minimum wastage.

- Carry out routine machine cleaning, sanitation, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance as per SOP.

- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Utility teams for smooth operation.

- Ensure proper handling and availability of packaging materials such as pouches, film rolls, coding ink, and other consumables.

- Maintain shift-wise production records, machine logs,



downtime reports, and wastage records.

- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

- Ensure the machine and surrounding area are kept clean and hygienic throughout the shift.

- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and production abnormalities to the Shift In-Charge immediately.

- Follow proper shift handover procedures and communicate machine status and pending issues to the next operator.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of milk pouch filling and packing machines.

- Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machine-related issues.

- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.

- Basic knowledge of production documentation and machine parameters.

- Positive observation, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
