- Coordinate with the product team for issue resolution
- Handle and support customization requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and system stability

- Strong experience in Finacle CRM customization and support
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of banking applications and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
