Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure

SCADA systems as per project requirements.

- Configure SCADA screens, tags, alarms, trends, reports, and graphics.

- Integrate SCADA with

PLC, DCS, and other automation systems

.

- Understand client requirements and prepare the required SCADA solution.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and site support.

- Coordinate with PLC, electrical, instrumentation, and project teams.

- Prepare project documentation and support FAT, SAT, and UAT activities.

- Visit client sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project support.

- Provide technical support during project execution and after commissioning.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of

SCADA systems

.

- Experience with PLC-SCADA communication and integration.

- Basic knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.





- Understanding of communication protocols such as

Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP

, etc.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to travel to client/project sites as required.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field

.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in SCADA/Industrial Automation.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with

AVEVA/Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, Citect SCADA or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of PLCs such as

Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell

, etc.

- Experience in industrial/process automation projects.
