Role & responsibilities

- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare providers.

- Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with hospital management and decision-makers.

- Explain GetBeds' platform, services, and business benefits to healthcare partners.

- Onboard hospitals and healthcare providers onto the platform.

- Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, management, and other stakeholders.

- Generate business opportunities and drive hospital/healthcare service sales through the platform.

- Collect and maintain hospital information, including beds, departments, specialties, doctors, surgeries, and other relevant services.

- Coordinate with the internal team for successful onboarding and profile activation.

- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified hospitals into active partners.

- Identify new hospitals and healthcare networks for expansion.





- Maintain daily field visits and lead and conversion reports.

- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in field sales.

- Pharma sales / healthcare / Medical device sales experience preferred.

- Experience dealing with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel and face-to-face meetings.

- Positive relationship-building and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.

- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.

- Candidates with existing healthcare/hospital networks will be preferred.
