Job Profile

Roles

Logistics Incharge, managing Logistics, imports & indirect purchases

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operations of the company's Logistics operations & imports & managing all Logistics operations & reports in SAP module.

Proper coordination & communication with the Factory & Projects team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.

Handle inbound, outbound and transshipment and prepares invoices, documents & reports in SAP module.

Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation

Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management





Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

Generating commissions for the agents, if any

Manage & Update internal database of transporters/Couriers services freight charges to ensure the accuracy of prices

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Reporting daily & monthly MIS reports to department head.

Requisite Qualification

Essential

Diploma in Supply Chain/HSC / Graduate or UG with Experience

Preferred

Graduate or UG with Experience

Requisite Experience

Essential

5 to 7 years of Warehouse/Manufacturing industry experience, Well versed in ERP SAP system, Imports

Preferred

5 to 7 years’ experience of Warehouse & SAP experience

Skills & Competencies

Logistics operations

Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Valuable communication & interpersonal skill

Good advance skills in Excel & Logistic Software

Good Understanding of warehouse or store management

Familiar with SAP or ERP system
