Role Overview The Field Executive will support the deployment, installation, testing, maintenance, and field operations of electronic and communication systems used in defence-related projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers and technical teams at project sites to ensure smooth installation, integration, testing, and operational readiness of systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support field installation, deployment, integration, and testing of electronic and communication systems.

- Assist engineers during system commissioning, field trials, demonstrations, and operational testing.

- Carry out basic troubleshooting and rectification of electronic and electrical issues at field locations.

- Perform cabling, wiring, connector termination, equipment mounting, and related field activities as per technical instructions.

- Handle and maintain electronic equipment, tools, cables, connectors, and other project materials at field sites.

- Operate basic test and measurement equipment such as multimeters and other diagnostic tools.

- Assist in RF systems, communication equipment, surveillance systems, drones/UAVs, and other defence-related equipment as required.

- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth execution of field activities.

- Maintain field records, installation details, testing reports, maintenance logs, and daily activity reports.

- Provide on-site technical support during field deployments, trials, demonstrations, and customer activities.





- Identify field-level issues and report technical problems to the concerned engineering/technical team.

- Ensure proper handling, transportation, storage, and security of company equipment and project assets.

- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, security requirements, and defence project protocols.

- Perform other field and operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electronics, electrical systems, and electronic components.

- Knowledge of basic wiring, cabling, soldering, and connector termination.

- Ability to use basic electronic testing and measurement tools.

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

- Good communication, coordination, discipline, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently at project sites when required.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

- Exposure to RF systems, communication equipment, drones/UAVs, surveillance systems, or defence electronics will be an advantage.

- Experience in field installation, equipment deployment, testing, commissioning, or maintenance will be preferred.

- Candidates with defence services / ex-servicemen background and relevant technical or field experience may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
