We’re Hiring: Full-Time Field Surveyors - Local candidates preferred

We are looking for full-time Field Surveyors for Gram Panchayat documentation and route-survey projects in:

- Meghalaya
- Odisha
- Tripura
- Mizoram

About the role The selected candidates will visit Gram Panchayats and government buildings, coordinate with local officials, collect GPS-based field data, document site conditions, and submit verified photographs, videos, and survey reports.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct field visits across assigned routes.
- Coordinate with BDO officials, Sarpanchs, and local representatives.
- Capture photographs, videos, GPS coordinates, and route information.
- Document government buildings, road conditions, alternate locations, and other field observations.
- Use mobile survey applications, GPS tools, dash cameras, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Submit daily survey data, videos, GPX files, and progress updates.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation.

Candidate profile
- Willingness to travel extensively,



including remote and rural locations.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle or bike.
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and basic computer applications.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, GIS/GPS work, government projects, or social research will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of local languages will be preferred.
