We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Survey Executives to conduct door-to-door surveys and collect accurate information from customers and households. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, communicating with people, and meeting daily field targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned residential for door-to-door surveys.
- Collect customer information and survey responses accurately.
- Explain the purpose of the survey clearly and politely.
- Record and submit survey data using mobile applications or forms.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and survey reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly field visit and survey targets.
- Build positive communication with customers and respondents.
- Coordinate with the field supervisor and report daily progress.
- Travel within assigned areas as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and door-to-door visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
