Role Description The Field Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations. Day-to-day activities include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and executing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role involves providing technical support, resolving service requests,



and documenting service activities, reports, and maintenance records.

The Field Service

Engineer will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to plan service visits, coordinate parts and tools, and ensure timely completion of work. This role also requires training customer personnel on safe operation and basic maintenance, while upholding safety standards and company quality procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong field service and on-site installation skills, with experience working on industrial equipment or conveyor systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Hands-on technical support capabilities, including resolving service issues and providing guidance to customers.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing to minimize downtime.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at manufacturing sites.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics; familiarity with basic industrial safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, work in shop floor environments, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Experience in metalworking, automotive, machine tool, or industrial automation sectors is an advantage.
