Field Service Engineer – SM Laser Technology Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain laser marking, welding, cleaning and cutting machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine installation, commissioning and customer training.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and laser-related issues.
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare service reports and update CRM after every visit.
- Support machine trials, demos and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Production, Service and Sales teams.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics. 1–4 years of field-service experience in industrial machinery/automation preferred. Valuable troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
