- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of weighing systems/equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and complete service calls within timelines.
- Perform equipment testing, calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare service reports after site visits.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and internal teams.
- Explain basic equipment operation to customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations is required.
- Bike & License is mandatory
