About the Role

ReTechPrime Technology Solutions is looking for an Associate – IT Sales & Client Success to support our sales and business development initiatives. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, supporting sales conversations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Schedule and support client meetings and discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Participate in client meetings and mandatory field visits.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Who Can Apply?




- Graduates or postgraduates from BBA, BCA, MBA (IT), or related backgrounds.
- Freshers with an interest in IT Sales, Business Development, and Client Success.
- Candidates with basic understanding or familiarity with IT and technology.
- Candidates with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates who are willing to build a career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technology services.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with client-facing communication and field visits.
- Willingness to work from office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
- Laptop and mobile phone are required.
