We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join Policy bazaar across Surat, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and pitch insurance/financial products.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers through effective field sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge of Surat, Ahmedabad, or Vadodara.
