Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
- Visit businesses and meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our software products to potential customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and solutions clearly.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Requirements




- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in IT, software, SaaS, and technology products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Work Details Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Location: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore
