We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence through field visits and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and field visit reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
