- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
- Promote and sell building material products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Visit construction sites, dealers, and customer locations regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in building materials / construction materials sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
- Knowledge of local dealers, contractors, builders, and construction markets will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
