As part of our growth, we are building a strong Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) partner network, enabling distributors to strengthen their client relationships through financial planning, goal-based investing, portfolio visibility, digital onboarding, and technology-enabled support.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales professional who can drive business growth through Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and financial partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing MFDs
- Drive AUM transfer, SIP, and mutual fund business through the distributor network
- Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor network




- Support MFDs with onboarding, product information, and business development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, and business activities through CRM

Who We’re Looking For:

- 2–6 years of experience in Field Sales / Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Financial Services
- Experience in MFD acquisition, distributor engagement, or B2B financial sales will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for client/partner meetings
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales workplace
- NISM certification / ARN knowledge will be an added advantage
