Job Summary

Nedisha Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Manager to develop business opportunities for woodworking and wood finishing machinery.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, conducting business meetings, presenting machinery solutions, generating leads, and converting opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and prospective clients for business meetings.
- Present and explain woodworking and wood finishing machines to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate machine demonstrations when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the technical, service, and management teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- BBA / MBA completed, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in field sales/B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face customer meetings.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-focused approach.
- Candidates who can join immediately are required.

Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and sales capabilities.
