Field Sales Manager
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the field sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Visit customers and business locations regularly
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales targets and team performance
- Prepare regular sales reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in Field Sales / Sales Management preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team-management ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage
