Type: Full time | Field Role (Travel Involved)

About the Role

Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers.You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle throughfield sales and engagement.

Compensation

● 7 LPA { 5lpa Fixed + 2lpa Variable + Travel Allowance}





○ For the first 2 months(Probation): 25k + Travel Allowance.

○ Post-probation (full-time) : 7 LPA (5lpa Fixed + 2lpa variable + Travel Allowance)

Key Responsibilities

● Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform

● Enroll students into free trial batches

● Convert free users into paid subscribers

● Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications :

● Good communication Skills

● Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

● Male candidates are prefered for this role .

● Willingness to travel and work on the field
