Yanthra Infinity Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing home décor business.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations, meeting potential customers and business partners, presenting our home décor products, generating new leads, and converting them into sales.

This is a field sales position and requires regular travel across Chennai and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations, residential sites, offices, commercial spaces, showrooms, interior design studios, architects’ offices and other potential business locations.
- Introduce and explain Yanthra Infinity’s home décor and interior décor products to potential customers.
- Carry product catalogues/samples and give professional product presentations.
- Identify new customers and generate leads through direct visits, references, networking and market research.
- Meet homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, retailers and other potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Visit project sites to understand requirements and coordinate with the internal design/production team.
- Coordinate with the office,



design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business locations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in field sales preferred.
- Experience in home décor, interior products, furniture, building materials, architectural products or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and speaking with new customers.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and digital communication.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
