As we expand our footprint across India, we're looking for driven Field Sales Executives to grow our dealer, distributor, and B2B network.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Magnifico Resins in your territory, building relationships with hardware stores, furniture workshops, interior designers, art studios, and distributors, and driving consistent revenue growth through on-ground sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers such as hardware/paint stores, furniture makers, interior designers, resin artists, and distributors within the assigned territory
- Convert clients into active, repeat-purchasing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers/retailers to ensure repeat business and shelf visibility
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits (0 VOC, UV resistance,



self-degassing technology, etc.)
- Collect market feedback, track competitor activity, and report insights to the sales manager
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order collection, and coordination with the backend team for dispatch
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in daily/weekly reports

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Prior experience in FMCG, building materials, paints, chemicals, or hardware sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with daily field travel
- Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone
- Local language proficiency (Gujarati/Hindi) plus working English
